About this Course
The capstone is your opportunity to work within your organization to improve processes that will strengthen programs or your organization as a whole. You’ll choose and design your project and apply Lean Six Sigma methods to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and aptitudes you’ve gained or improved upon during the program. At the end of the course, you’ll present your project to the class.
