About this Course
Every time you use an app or visit a website, you’re interacting with user experience (UX) writing. Yet you probably don't even realize it. That’s a sign of good UX writing — it’s invisible to the user. UX writers ensure that products and services are intuitive and easy to navigate. And as companies from established tech giants to small startups continually launch new products, UX writers are one of today’s most in-demand careers.
In this foundational course, you’ll learn what UX writing is (and isn’t) and how to write clear and precise copy that creates a great user experience. You’ll explore how language, user research and design come together in UX writing. And we’ll discuss how UX writers collaborate with other members of the product design team.
