Build a strong background in the theory and practice necessary to be a leader in the libraries and information organizations of tomorrow with an ALA-accredited MLIS degree from the UW. Explore uses, contexts and users of information, and gain the skills required to impact change and development in any knowledge-intensive industry.
Choose to complete the program in two years full time at the UW Seattle campus, or in three years part time online. There's also an 11-month law librarianship specialization for those who already have a J.D. degree.
