Converting a Document to a PDF

When uploading supplementary application materials like a resume or personal statement to MyContinuum, a PDF is preferred. See below for steps for converting  popular document types to PDFs.

To convert a Google doc to a PDF 

  1. Open your file in Google Docs. 
  2. Click File > Download
  3. In the menu, select PDF Document (.pdf)
  4. Save the new PDF file to your computer. 

To convert a Word doc to a PDF 

  1. Open your file in Word. 
  2. Click File > Save a Copy
  3. In the menu, select PDF (*.pdf), then Save
  4. Save the new PDF file to your computer.
