Jennifer June
Senior UX Consultant, The Informatics Applications Group (TIAG)
Jennifer “Jenn” June is a senior UX consultant at The Informatics Applications Group (TIAG), working primarily within the U. S. Department of Defense and federal agencies. Her work focuses on evaluating and designing innovative digital products for behavioral health, public health and health care.
Throughout her 12 years in the industry, Jenn has been fortunate to wear many hats, including UX program manager, researcher, designer and business strategist. She uses her expertise to help organizations understand how instituting user-centered approaches shapes products that better align with those they serve. Jenn has a deep passion for UX and is honored to share her experience (from the successes to fumbles) working in the public sector.
Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary arts of sciences with a concentration in psychology from the University of Washington Tacoma and a master’s in human-centered design and engineering (HCDE) from the UW. Jenn has also co-written peer-reviewed articles for Crisis, American Journal of Public Health, and Telemedicine and e-Health.
