Registration Policies
Payment Policy
Payment is due right after you register. One to two business days after you submit your registration, you'll be emailed a link to your invoice and payment instructions. Full payment — or a purchase order or letter authorizing payment by a third party — is due immediately.
Payment is considered past due 15 days after the invoice date, and a financial hold will be placed on your student account.
Here are important dates to note:
- Payment Due: At Time of Invoice
- Payment Past Due/Financial Hold Placed: 15 Days After Invoice Date
To drop a course, follow the instructions on Drops, Withdrawals & Refunds. Nonpayment does not drop you from a course.
Drops and Other Course Changes
For general policies on dropping a course, see Drops, Withdrawals & Refunds.
Cancellation Policy
UWPCE reserves the right to cancel programs or classes with low enrollment. If a program is canceled, all fees will be refunded.
Auditing a Course
Noncredit courses may not be audited.
You may request to audit a credit course when you register. When auditing a course, you pay the same costs and fees as a regular student, but you earn no grade and no credit.
